Hydrogen peroxide is used as an oxidizer that dissolves the stained surface of the enamel to drop out the particles and bringing teeth to their original color. Baking soda is alkaline and salty that lightens acid-based food stains.

  • Take a few drops of hydrogen peroxide and mix with baking soda to make a fluid paste.                                                                                                                  
  • Now spread it over your teeth and brush gently for at least 1 minute. Leave it on your teeth for 20 minutes.                                                                                    
  • After 20 minutes brush your teeth again with regular toothpaste and rinse your mouth properly. Make sure you keep away this paste from your lips.

So I would say NO, only what you need to do is to be careful and must know how you can prevent these coffee stains. I am sharing little prevention that you can use to avoid coffee stains.

NO 1:- Use Straw while drinking Coffee

If you are a cold coffee lover then you should drink it with strew instead of directly from your mouth. This will surely reduce the stains on your mouth that will ease the task of removing remedies.

NO 2:- Reduce your cup of coffee and consume little sugar

Instead of quitting coffee, you can at least reduce the cup of coffee in a day. Make sense right, reducing consumption of coffee will also reduce the risk of stains.

So try avoiding too much coffee and also reduce the amount of sugar in it.

 

NO 3:- Properly Brush your teeth with Anti Bacterial Toothpaste

Do not brush your teeth immediately after drinking coffee. Wait for at least 45 minutes and then gently brush your teeth.

Brushing teeth is one of the best practices of your hygienic dental care. Brush before breakfast and after dinner.
