  • If you feel relief stop massaging and do not use an access amount of vanilla extract.

With Cotton Ball

  • Put a small amount of vanilla extract on the cotton ball.
  • Now place the cotton ball on the gums in the affected area.
  • Leave the ball on the affected area for 3 to 4 minutes and then remove it. Repeat this step 3 to 4 times.

If still, you don’t feel any relief and vanilla extract for toothaches doesn’t work for you then kindly visit your dentist. Don’t be lazy as this can increase the infection.

Now painkillers are prescribed according to your pain. For mild to moderate levels of pain, you can have NSAIDs painkillers like ibuprofen, naproxen, and aspirin.

 

For severe pain, you can have an NSAIDs painkiller along with prescription opioid painkillers.
